The main values of the Attorney at Law practice are qualitative work and its result taking into consideration mutual respect and loyalty in solving clients` problems. It is not for nothing H.Dzhebran told such words: „Work is love that has become visible”. However, to make this love visible time, luck, patience and desire to reach your aims is needed.
On the way to the aim work experience has been gained that describes the development of the office of the Attorney at Law Daina Pukite:
- First of all work in court structure that promoted the idea to choose lawyer’s profession; and the first four years were spent in the position of a judge in the Court of First Instance in the result of which a substantial further experience was gained by representing clients’ interests in court institutions;
- An Attorney at Law status was obtained in 1998 and independent business was started by providing legal assistance to the clients;
- continuous gaining experience in the Court of Arbitration, for examplemaintaining an action in Court of Arbitration of the Association of Commercial Banks of Latvia and in the Association Arbitration;
- an experience gained in project management starting with liquidation of commercial bank in the position of liquidation process administrator;
- an experience in implementation of international projects in Russia, as well as in European Union;
